Riders Alliance to BCC: Vote YES on New Bus Shelters
MIAMI-DADE, FLA.-Tomorrow, the Miami-Dade County Board of County Commissioners will be voting on several items of importance which will hopefully assist in recovering from the COVID-19 Pandemic.
Among those necessary items, they will also be voting on several regarding public transportation.
We would like to take this opportunity to encourage our Board of County Commissioners to vote YES on Item 8F1.
Those who begin to ride our public transportation system again should have access to adequate accommodations, and this item will hopefully help address those needs with 300 new bus stop shelters around Unincorporated Miami-Dade County.
We at the Miami Riders Alliance will continue fighting for you through the Pandemic and beyond.
Please stay safe, stay healthy, stay home, and of course only use public transportation for essential trips.
Thank you,
The Miami Riders Alliance
